Bridal Gala Night @ Hills Shopping Mall

Last Friday on 28th October I attended the Perfect Wedding Bridal Show 2011 themed Bridal Gala Night at Hills Shopping Mall Kuching. There was a lot of wedding booth in the mall for engaged or future newly weds couples to survey from. 

A little introduction of the show:

Hills' Perfect Wedding Bridal Show 2011 aims to give exposure to both wedding related businesses such as Bridal Houses, Wedding Venues, Band Performers, Photographers, Wedding Decorators, and so on; and for future newly weds and their families to meet those providers up close and personal to understand the options they can include in celebrating their special big day.

The night started with Indian Dance to celebrate the Deepavali week. Dancers are from Tadika Sang Kancil. They are so cute on stage that everyone just go:'aww so cute!'

After that they are dancing to Lady Gaga's Poker Face! They do own the poker face when they're up on stage.  They also do fashion parade after the performance sponsored by Girls, Heart Attack and Black & White. 

Next up is the highlight of the night, Bridal Runway Show by Mick Long Bridal. This is a start to the series of Bridal Runway show planned for the entire weekend. Other Bridal houses showcasing their Wedding and Evening gowns and Suits over the weekend include Hollywood Bridal, L.B. Photography and Petra Bridal.

And guess who else did I saw? It's none other than the finalist of 'The Perfect Gentlemen'  Kong Jie! 

While others were busy snapping the girls, I was busy snapping the guys in suit. A different approach? 

Lastly, there was a wedding love song medley by Seventainment, a wedding band performance. Seventainment are able to personalize wedding songs based on couple's preference, as a medley or even to compose a song especially for the couple.

Anyway,  I enjoyed the runway just that it's a bit too long for me. My first time shooting a runway show using DSLR. =P
