General

1. Win the latest Blackberry Bold 9900 with @smfaisal10 – Blackberry Bold 9900 Contest is organised by Datuk Wira Haji SM Faisal (the Contest Organiser).

2. The duration of the contest will be from 12.00pm, 31 August 2011 to 12.00pm, 9 September 2011.

Eligibility

1. Contestants must be residents of Malaysia at time of entry.

2. Contestants must be existing users of Twitter with at least 10 Followers and 30 Tweets.

3. The contest is not open to members or employees or immediate family of Naza Group of Companies Marketing and Brand Management, its agents or anyone else connected to the administration and execution of the Contest.

4. Contestants MUST be a follower of the @smfaisal10 Twitter page (http://www.twitter.com/smfaisal10) and fan of SM Faisal Nasimuddin (OFFICAL) Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/smfdotnet)

Contest Mechanics

1. No purchase or registration necessary.

2. There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is not transferable.

3. The Contest Organiser reserves to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Contest at any time without giving any prior notice to any party.

4. Follow @smfaisal10 and RT his contest tweet starting from 12pm this 31st August 2011. Example:

5. A random draw will be conducted using a third-party service, to be announced on http://facebook.com/smfdotnet. Five (5) winners will be selected throughout the stipulated contest period. 

6. One (1) winner will be selected within the time frame of every two (2) days from the beginning of the contest until the end.

7. The permalink to the randomised list will be announced at the end of each round for contestants' verification. Winners will be contacted via Twitter DM after the randomised list is published on the page. 

8. The completed winners' list for all five (5) rounds will be announced on the Contest Organiser's Facebook page at the end of the contest period. 

9. Each winner is only entitled to win x1 prize (Blackberry Bold 9900) during the contest duration.

10. Should a winner fail to respond via Twitter DM within 12 hours after notification of winning or is otherwise disqualified from the contest, that prize will be withdrawn and awarded to the next qualified winner.

11. Winners may be required to take part in post-event publicity, and agrees that their Full Name and/or their Twitter handle be published by Datuk Wira Haji SM Faisal in any publicity materials.

12. By participating in the Contest, contestants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and judges’ decisions are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

Thank you for the massive amount of responses received through Round 1 of the Hari Raya Blackberry Bold 9900 giveaway contest!

I’m as excited to see who will be the FIRST lucky winner to walk away with the latest Blackberry Bold 9900!

However, there will be some changes on the contest rules and it will be implemented from Round 2 onwards (which will start on Friday, 2 Sept at 12pm) 

1. Contestants need to RT the 'contest tweet' sent out from @smfaisal10 Twitter account to be counted as an entry. 

2. What is a contest tweet? All contest tweets will include the hashtag #SMFRaya + permalink to SMFDOTNET Facebook page + indication of Round 2, Round 3, and so on. 

(Only the correct format will be accepted as an entry)

3. RT-ing other postings from @smfaisal10 Twitter account will NOT be counted as a contest entry. 

4. Keep a look out for my contest tweets which will be sent out through @smfaisal10 Twitter account on 2 Sept, 4 Sept, 6 Sept & 8 Sept @ 12p.m & 6pm each day.

5. You will have 47 hours to RT the contest tweets; starting from the beginning of that particular round @ 12p.m until the second subsequent day @ 11a.m.

However, for Round 5 (the GRAND FINALE) – You only have 24 hours to RT the contest tweets.
