Manukan Island Trip

On July Caroline and Eric was in KK to celebrate their anniversary together! So Diana and I went to meet them at Lintas Plaza and we had Yoyo drinks right after our food review at Damai.
I finally meet them in person for the first time after so long. I joined their day trip to Manukan Island the next morning with Caroline's cute family!

The last few days was raining non-stop but that day was sunny. I guess God knows we are going to the island and he stopped the rain. =)
There are 7 of us and the price of transport to island is negotiable from RM23 to RM18 excluding tax. We even rented 4 lifevest and snorkeling mask!
I love the blue sky that day!
While on the boat to Manukan!
The boat ride took us about 15 minutes to reach Manukan from Jesselton Point. The sunny day and sandy beach welcomes us the moment we step out of the boat!
We did snorkeling and more fishes in the deep sea than the shore
The Jetty

Hailey! She's the cutest sisters of all!

Manukan Island is one of KK's natural park that offers accommodations, food, and fun! We got on the banana boat and it was thrilling and fun! I saw a lot of Parasailers as well.

Corals can be seen here
Lots of boats
The other island
Little fishes
She know how to pose in front of the camera~
ahh the sunny beach!
Tons of them at the jetty
Time to go back after a few hours on the island. It's fun to snorkel and play with Caroline's siblings.
Too sleepy on the boat?
Gilbert - He's cute and he backed out on the banana boat after one round.
Scared and cute at the same time. XD
The beautiful KK city from the sea

A boat - fishermen's?
Suria Sabah!
I love to sit at the food court and look at the sea.
Manukan Island is just a stone throw away from KK city, well not really a stone throw away because we are traveling by boat XD and you can't walk on water (only Jesus can btw).

So do drop by Manukan Island if you are in the city!
All you have to do is to be at Jesselton Point and buy your tickets there!
