Bomber’s Burger Launches Saturday Gourmet Night

Two Saturdays ago, I went on a food tasting of 'Saturday Gourmet Night' menu launch at Bomber's Burger.

According to Director of Operations, Chef Leonel Velazquez, “Bomber’s Burger is a 1950sinspired restaurant that allows visitors to go back in time to the days of drive-in movies and
rock and roll. When we first opened our doors, we set out to create a restaurant that offers
a great environment, great prices and great food.
What makes us different from other burger joints is that we start with the best ingredients
and take pride in its preparation. Plus, we go out of our way to ensure that every customer
knows that they are appreciated.”


Peaches and Cream - RM15
I like this drink, peaches are my fav!
He added: “We’ve had really great feedback from customers and due to popular requests
we felt that it was time for us to take it to the next level and introduce gourmet burgers.
Lamb Leg Burger - RM20
This is delicious! Love the texture of the lamb leg  and the sweet tomatoes.

Triple Cheese Steak - RM25
The Saturday Gourmet Night featured nine (9) signature burgers: Belveder Burger (beef striploin burger with mushroom deluxe), Lamb Leg Burger, Red Neck (softshell crabs stuffed with scallops), Triple Cheese Steak, Wakame Crumb Fish Burger, Double Mushroom Beef Burger, Chicken Burger with Foie Gras, Duck Burger with Caviar Aubergine and Tuna Burger (with creamed avocado). Other items on the menu include the Foie Gras Truffle Fries and delicious milkshakes such as Peaches and Cream, Mud and Chocolate, and Reese Peanut Butter Cup.
Wakame Crumb Fish Burger - RM18
Crispy on the outside and moist on the insides! 
Tuna Burger with Avocado Sauce - RM18
You can't go wrong with this burger! I love the cheese and avocado!
